The screenshot above is of the High Altitude Mountain Farming Village seed we posted earlier this month. If you want to try the seed, it is glowjar. We love the way the waterfall breaks with streams going down two sides of the NPC village building that breaks it.
The screenshot was taken in version 1.11 with the Conquest of the Sun texture pack and Optifine.
