Mojang’s Jen Bergensten posted on minecraft.net that the Minecraft 1.11.2 update has been released and can now be downloaded. Bug fixes were cited as the major reason for the update although there are new features included. The point update includes the following new features and functionality:
- Added rocket-propelled elytra flight
- Added Iron Nuggets
- Added Sweeping Edge enchantment for swords
- Changed the attack indicator to hint when you should attack

To download the Minecraft 1.11.2 update, simply open the Minecraft launcher and download the update!
